A large machinery manufacturing company in the United States needs to transfer a large number of steel plates daily between its production workshop and warehouse. However, due to multiple layout adjustments within the workshop, the passages have become winding, and the ground is paved with high-quality cement flooring, which must remain undamaged.

To meet these complex working conditions, we customized a 15-ton steel plate transfer cart for the company. The solid rubber tires equipped on the vehicle played a key role. During frequent transportation of steel plates between the workshop and the warehouse, the imported wheels are tough yet extremely flexible, gently contacting the cement floor without leaving any scratches, thus perfectly protecting the flooring.

In an urgent order, a batch of steel plates needed to be transferred from the corner of the warehouse to a small processing area within the workshop in a short amount of time. The passages were narrow and cluttered with temporarily placed equipment. Thanks to its 360-degree turning ability, the transfer cart efficiently maneuvered around obstacles, accurately reached the designated location, and completed the task promptly.
