A large steel processing company produces coils of various sizes, ranging from 1 meter in diameter and 2 tons in weight to 5 meters in diameter and 10 tons in weight. The temperature in the processing environment fluctuates greatly. In summer, the workshop temperature often exceeds 40°C, and the external temperature of the coil package can reach 60°C. To meet the precise transportation needs, we tailored a suitable vehicle based on these parameters. The V-shaped bracket installed on the vehicle perfectly fits coils of different diameters, provides stable support, and effectively prevents the coils from rolling. The bracket ensures smooth transportation and significantly reduces the risk of the coils falling off.
