Project Background:A company in Dalian ordered an electric weight transfer cart to optimize its material transfer process in the workshop. This company has a diversified business that not only requires the transportation of heavy workpieces, such as pump bodies and large tanks, in the regular areas of the workshop but also extends its transfer needs to special working environments like paint spraying rooms and sandblasting rooms.

After detailed discussions with our team, we customized this electric weight transfer cart to meet their needs. The cart has a load capacity of 10 tons (DWP-10T), and its spacious platform size of 5000 x 2000 x 600 mm is large enough to carry various large workpieces, providing the foundation for efficient material transfer.

The power supply method uses battery power, which eliminates the limitations of cables and allows the heavy duty transfer cart to move freely in the complex layout of the workshop. It also meets the safety requirements for explosion-proof and electric shock-proof protection in special working areas.

In response to the customer’s needs, we customized the cart’s body color to a fresh and eye-catching blue, making it easy to identify in the workshop environment. On the operational side, we equipped the cart with both a handle and a wireless remote control, providing operators with flexible control whether they are working close by or giving long-distance commands.
