Project Background:A machinery industry enterprise in Xinjiang sought to improve the transfer efficiency of heavy equipment within its factory workshop. To address this, the company customized a rail transfer cart with a load capacity of 20 tons.

The equipment transfer cart is installed in the factory building. Considering the actual working conditions and workshop layout, our company assigned professional personnel to lay the track. The power system is adapted to a 220V voltage, ensuring stable operation in the workshop environment. The cart's overall dimensions are no more than 6000 x 2200 x 500 mm. This well-thought-out design not only allows it to carry heavy equipment but also ensures smooth passage within the workshop aisles. With a ground clearance of 50-100 mm, the cart effectively avoids interference from any ground protrusions.

The drive mode employs dual-drive technology, providing strong and stable power output for the cart. The operating speed is flexibly adjustable between 5-25 m/min, catering to both fine, slow handling and fast transfer requirements. In terms of operation, the cart is equipped with both a wired handle and a wireless remote control, allowing the operator to easily manage the cart whether working close by for precise control or from a distance for overall coordination.

Since being put into use, this rail transfer cart has efficiently moved heavy equipment within the factory workshop, transporting 20 tons of equipment safely and reliably between workstations.
